Okay Apostle Show me where long hours of prayer is in the Bible😕
*Apostle Edu* : In Matthew 14:23,25
[23]And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone.
[25]And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea.
☝☝Notice that Jesus started praying before Evening("and when the evening was come"), and he prayed through till the fourth watch of the night.
Fourth watch of the night is the time between 3: am and 6: am.
The Romans divided the Night into 4.
1st watch is 6pm to 9pm. 2nd watch is 9pm to 12:00am. 3rd watch is 12:00am to 3:00am and 4th watch is 3:00am till 6:00 am. This simply means Jesus prayed for approximately 18hours
Luke 6vs 12: and Jesus continued all night in prayer.
So if Jesus, the Messiah, that healed the SICK and RAISED THE DEAD prayed that long, then for how long should you pray?🤔
