Apparently the emails were a system glitch but I got another explanation of the cosmetics policy. According to Amy they must be sealed in the original box. So if you take a lipstick out to include photos of it in your listing, it's now a policy violation because it's been removed from the box.
If it never came with a box or seal you can appeal.
Just wanted pass this on if you've had items like this pulled recently and you're confused. I'd guess there are over 20k items on eBay violating this policy. 😬

I haven't work much since Monday. Monday evening my husband and I were pulled over for the "tint" on my car. The traffic stop started out aggressive before the officers who were in separate cars from separate departments even got to our windows they were yelling out commands.
I looked at my husband and said, "this isn't going to go good!". Unfortunately I was right.
I've requested all footage of the stop, filed a complaint with MSP, and we've hired attorney to take our case.
I've experienced racism plenty of times in my life, almost weekly on social media but never so blatantly by people who take an oath to serve and protect. You can build the most successful business and be the best person on earth but to a misguided police officer you're just a brown couple in a nice car in a town you don't live in so you must partake in illegal activities.
I've never been one to struggle with mental health issues, and if it's anything like what I've felt in the last 2 days my heart breaks for those who deal with this all day everyday!
So you might less of me or you might not see me at all this week, I need get my shit together! 🤣🤣 I'm kinda a hot mess!

I also need to figure out exactly how this podcast thing works, I've got a general idea but I need to make accounts and compare services. I'd like to order a new camera as well, big plans for 2025! Starting something you have 0 knowledge feels like you're climbing a mountain! I have a pile of info I need to condense down to make this all make sense, but I'm super exited to start this journey!
My plan for now is to start with 15-30 minute podcasts all about reselling, I'd like to put out 2 a week. One will focus on the good and bad of my week and what you can learn from my mistakes, sales, or great thrift find etc. The other episode will be more reselling education focused on topics like shipping, returns, listing titles, pictures, sell through rate, etc. Eventually I'd love to have other resellers on and chat and pick their brains, there's no one right way to resell so it's always fun to hear how others make it work!
My cold has set me back a little but my first podcast will be out by January 15th! 🤞🏽I'll post links where you can follow once I'm all set up!

I'll update my story with any perfume sales I have! I listed 40 that should sell for $1600, 2 of those have sold on Mercari and I haven't even scratched the surface!! After gas, food, and inventory cost I'll make well over 3k from this 1.5 day souring trip!

I took a low offer, but to sell all of these to one buyer who paid $300 after taxes and shipping, I'll take it! I've already made $400 from this estate sale, the haul and estate sale video are on YouTube but bolo member exclusive videos. I found so many bolos I had already shared in that group at this sale it was crazy!
I'll profit $180ish maybe more from this toilet paper! I initially paid $40 for it all and $125 total at this sale!
