Did you know Tepache can be made with any fruit and in this case green coffee? It’s a fermented drink that doesn’t need an existing starter culture (like Kombucha or Kefir). Instead, the natural yeasts from kickstarts a short 8 day fermentation, start to finish. Check out the recipe here: youtube.com/shorts/GBjaL2R7jqA

It’s only in the last 50 years Tea Bags have become a thing, it’s just a point of convenience. 🫖 In a single word: ‘industrialisation’. This video is the first of many where we can explore why tea bags are considered inferior and why loose leaf tea is the future. 👀 Watch here: www.youtube.com/shorts/IRfNY-...

This little FLAVOUR BOMB 💣 is the gateway to epic dinners in a flash. It’s a simple blend (or crush) of 3 spicy roots: Fresh Ginger, fresh Turmeric & garlic.

You can then freeze the mix in an ice cube tray to preserve the flavor. That said, it also keeps well in the fridge as a paste.

The key to this flavor bomb is its versatility. Dozens of different dishes can be knocked out in no time. As demonstrated with this 1 min curry.

See how its done here: youtube.com/shorts/c7ipnvCnpf8

Other Flavour Bomb ideas:

''We Cannot Grow Food at the Expense of the Entire Planet” -  Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall via ‪@rivercottage‬

Talking about #sustainability can be overwhelming. The problem is so complex that it's easier to just look away; therein lies the real problem. Big corporations and policymakers benefit from our lack of understanding. It means decisions are made in their interest rather than for the benefit of the planet and its people.

Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall is one of the few individuals who truly comprehends the intricacies of the food industry. With decades of experience spanning from farm to table, including encounters with both the good and the bad aspects such as factory farming and supermarkets.

We need someone who can effectively convey the truth and advocate for what is right—for the people and the planet.

Full doc dropping soon 👀, but for now check out the teaser here: youtube.com/shorts/Qxha4t1H9q...
