i'll be updating my patreon again (and will be attempting to refund anyone who didn't cancel their membership during my inactivity!!) and will be uploading before the weekend is over and then AT LEAST once a week after that!!
"how are you able to be active again?" you may be asking... long story short i finally manned up and quit the job that was mentally taxing me this much. im lucky to be starting a new job in its place very soon that will be much more light and give me more time to post!
you may have noticed i deleted all my "genre of every [group] song" videos - copyright was really getting to me and definitely infringing on the channel itself, so those will be uploaded on patreon alongside any requests for those kinds of videos in the future!

hello everyone!
i'm super sorry for disappearing for a while, as i mentioned a few posts ago i have 2 jobs now (yay) and with that on top of school i don't really have the time for youtube. alongside this theres been a lot of negativity in my comments lately and unfortunately its been quite demotivating. i will probably come back soon and DEFINITELY over the summer when i get more time!
in the meantime feel free to ask me anything under this post - genres, recent releases, etc - and ill keep revisiting until i can be active on youtube again!

hey everyone! so i just recently found out i won't be able to monetize my videos. i love to create them and there's no doubt in my mind that this channel exists to inform & entertain, however i'm really really struggling financially and now that i know i won't be able to gain anything from posting, a lot of my passion to post in the first place is completely ruined. my videos take a while to make, and i work 2 jobs already, with the hope that this could become a 3rd one.
if i opened a Patreon where you could requests videos or even more specific stuff like song analyses, learn more about genres altogether + see the full genre spreadsheet, would you guys consider joining? it would be $5 maximum!
also, let me know ideas for more bonuses in the comments. if i do end up opening one i want you guys to be able to get the most out of it too!
