Last year, I set a goal. I didn't make a big announcement, but I told my family, a few friends, and a few around the office what I was working toward. I set a goal for $25M in sales but was able to surpass it with the three closings I had this week. I can't begin to describe the ups and downs of this business, but I can tell you one thing... I am here for it!
God knew I needed a career that was constantly changing, challenging, and growing. I'm thankful for every second of it!
Today, I got to sit in a hotel lobby with an elderly couple who drove from Middle Tennessee, after finding me on YouTube, and heard their story of finding their forever home, as I got signatures on the accepted contract. It was a sobering moment, as I sat there, listening intently, while also being overwhelmed with emotion and gratitude.
This business is all about relationships. I know you have heard that before, but seriously, that is it! I want people to know I take this very seriously. Buying or selling a home is a big deal. It's so much more than a transaction.
As we close out 2023... I want to say thank you to everyone who has trusted and continues to trust me. Please know... I take it personally. It's not just business, it's relationships.
