Community is so important. Especially as a health coach. Because after our training we’re kind of left on our own to figure the rest out.

And that’s why for me it’s always been so important to have a group of other health coaches to connect with and keep me motivated to continue on.

Since graduating I’ve done a number of things to stay in touch with other health coaches like joining mastermind groups, having accountability buddies and attending local coaching meet-ups.

Well one of the most unintended outcomes of the small and intimate health coaching course I run, is the incredible friendships that develop.

In every cohort, I pair coaches up with a buddy to practice. And honestly, some of the best feedback I get is what a great matchmaker I am!

Buddy coaches from my course typically stay in touch with one another after the course is over, schedule regular check-ins and keep each other accountable with their practices going forward.

Community, support and relationships like these are invaluable!

If you’d like to become part of a small, tight-knit community of like-minded health coaches who are ready to uplevel their skills and build their confidence, then you might want to join us for HCE fall 2023.

Registration closes TODAY and we start tomorrow - October 4th.

It’s scary but it works

Woo Hoo it’s October again and that means getting ready to meet another 12 incredible health coaches who are serious about their practices and being amazing coaches.

These are the incredible women I’ll have the honour of working with for 9 weeks in my upcoming health coaching essentials course & skills lab.

Not only are these health coaches amazing and incredible, they’re also very brave.

I mean to pay money to practice coaching in front of your peers is a pretty scary thing! But let me tell you, they push through the fear so they can build their confidence in a safe and trusted space.

Because what they want at the end of the day is to be able to coach their clients with confidence. To have a step-by-step process to guide their clients through from beginning to end.

And that confidence and skill is worth every bit of nerves they might feel on our first call.

After that, when they know they’re in a safe place with other coaches who are being vulnerable and courageous too, and when they know they are getting constructive honest feedback that can completely transform their coaching - it’s all worth it.

It’s incredible to watch their transformation during our 9 weeks together through over . They go from unsure and unskilled on our first call to feeling competent, confident and ready to dive in with their first clients on our last call. It’s really awesome to witness.

Can’t wait to meet the fall 2023 cohort.
