It was also such a great feeling to see those students have an opportunity to laugh together, dance together and to unify with the goal of uplifting instead of tearing down 🙏🏾🇧🇸

Album in 2 days and honestly it’s crazy. Being where I’m from and living the reality I do means full accepting that this is another one of those things that will be slept on. It took a lot to create this independently. But I know that hard work doesn’t just disappear, so I’m excited to put this out and then build on top of it! #ONMYSHOULDERS #SHADFER
