I am Oggie, a qualified personal trainer in the UK and in my 60s.
My channel is dedicated to helping all people be strong and healthy through the power of fitness and nutrition but is mostly aimed at those that are completely new to exercise or for seniors.
I am a firm believer in healthy ageing. We all age and we can't stop that. However, fitness can help us immensely and doing some kind of resistance training will help with daily activities such as walking, climbing stairs and getting out of a chair. A bit of cardiovascular (CV) work will help with the heart and lungs.
