Wow! This is the most delicious, simple, creative recipe I’ve seen for a crab dish that would work for #greencrabs I already can tell the flavors of the ingredients would work well and the use of foam… which is just coagulated crab protein is genius! Wow!

I harvest green crabs (an invasive species), in part to address their destruction on Maine’s coastal environment but also to offer an affordable, nutritious, wild caught seafood for people interested healthy food choices that also positively impact our environment through direct action - eating an invasive species.
