Hello! ¡Hola! We're celebrating 5000 subscribers! A quick re-intro: I'm Jessica, the founder of The Dining Traveler. I grew up in Puerto Rico, went to high school and college in Upstate NY, and traveled the world for over 25 years. My overseas adventures started as a young Marine Officer living in Japan, and now I live in Belgium most of the year with my family. My goal with this page is to share my love for global cuisines (especially the food of my beloved Puerto Rico), my travels, and my experiences living abroad. Where are you watching from?
