In the latest patch 1.1.2, almost every essential glitch is removed, including the glitches required for the Avatar Master Sword.
If you get a prompt to update, DONT DO IT. Instead, go to the Switch settings under System, then scroll down and turn off “Auto-Update Software” to avoid accidental updates while away.
