I just bought a Midland 74-109 at a hamfest. And you know how these old radios work: they just go off for the attention signal, without any SAME capabilities. A lot of false alarms.
But right when I got home, it caught a tornado warning... for my county. So it didn't matter either way.

I have several scenario ideas floating around. The one I'm working on right now is set in the early 2000s, and my WIP outline for it is currently 700 words long. It'll be another real-time scenario without any cuts or transitions like the last one, but it won't be audio-only.
EDIT: My script has just passed 1400 words.

Fear me, for I have written my first actual blog post on my personal homepage (which I made with original HTML/CSS and vanillaJS, of course). It's about the alternatives to YouTube. You can view it here: galactipod.neocities.org/blog/keep-using-yt-but-no…

I've uploaded The Inauguration on a PeerTube instance. I've set it to public, but it needs moderator review. rankett.net/w/h6JCi5LL6Xq9TnANzWMwj9

I have another idea for a scenario in the same format as the one I just published. I'm starting a script for it. If it comes to fruition, the video should be over an hour long.
EDIT: It's still a viable idea I'll probably do sooner or later. I'm not actively working on it right now, though.
