I've been following Sid Mallya's work on Instagram for a few years now and I loved that he was speaking so openly about his mental health. He recently put out his first book, If I'm Honest, which is a memoir of his mental health journey.
I devoured the entire thing in two sittings and felt like I was reading my own words. I had to had to had to interview him, as a writer, a mental health advocate, and as an actor. So I shot my shot in his DMs and here we are!
