I blocked one person on my channel yesterday, but I regretted it and I've since unblocked him. I blame shock from the past couple of days, combined with lack of sleep. The best I can say is the political content will be greatly lessened here on this channel...though I still won't keep quiet about the lack of lead in cast iron, aluminum being safe, and certain other topics.

OK, that’s it. I swear this is the last time I try streaming a live YouTube video off of my phone. Every single time I’ve tried this, it has been interrupted and the feed has crashed. I apologize to everyone.

I am very grateful to everyone on my YouTube channel for a pleasant and fun live session last night. I was expecting to see political arguments…not from the regulars on YouTube, but from a lot of newcomers. That did not happen, and we had an easy-going and fun time last night. Best of all, we made two dishes in cast-iron that I am proud of…well, at least one dish. That, of course, was the Minnesota hotdish: tater tots drowned in cheese sauce, with a base of ground turkey and mushrooms. On the other hand, I could not bring myself to overcook a chuck eye steak, although I did have to smother it in ketchup. See you next week on YouTube live!

A large package arrived in the mail yesterday, and the shipping address showed it was from Wagner Cast Iron. They sent one of their brand new cast iron griddles to review, and I certainly intend to do so. I had to open the box in advance, to ensure it wasn't damaged in shipping. And this is the new cast iron long griddle from Wagner Cast Iron. The shipping address is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Amateur (because I'm not a professional) cast iron cook, newcomer to antique collecting (I collect vintage cookware to use in my kitchen, not just to display), and Chaos magician. I discovered cooking *and* mysticism at roughly the same time, which was why I decided to combine the two and follow the path of this strange hobby, which I simply call "cooking magic." Every so often I get the urge to make a video that, I hope, you will find entertaining and useful.
