Question: What's your best stress reliever when things get overwhelming at work?

In sales, we often talk about strategies, targets, and closing deals. But there's one thing we all need to deal with: stress.

We've been in sales for years, and I've seen brilliant salespeople burn out because they didn't have effective ways to manage pressure.

We've come to view stress management techniques as part of my sales toolkit, just as important as my product knowledge or negotiation skills.

Whether it's a quick walk, deep breathing, spending time with my kids, or playing golf, these aren't just nice-to-haves. They're must-haves for peak performance.

We need to create cultures where taking care of mental health is encouraged, and not seen as a distraction from work. It's what enables us to show up as our best selves, day after day.

Question: How do you prefer to start your workday?

How you kick off your workday can make or break your productivity.

Your morning routine sets the stage for everything that follows. It can determine whether you're in the driver's seat of your day or just along for the ride.

So, what's your morning go-to? If you've got a different method altogether, I'd love to hear it.

Question: How do you stay motivated during Q4 crunch time?

Q4 can be tough. The pressure's on to hit those year-end targets, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed.

So, I'm curious - what keeps you going when the going gets tough?

For me, it's always been about the customer wins. There's nothing quite like helping a client solve a problem or achieve their goals. It reminds me why I got into sales in the first place.

But I know everyone's different. Maybe you thrive on personal challenges, pushing yourself to new heights.

Or perhaps that year-end bonus is the carrot that keeps you moving forward.

And let's not forget the power of a supportive team - sometimes a word of encouragement from a colleague can make all the difference.

I'd love to hear what works for you in the comments.
