Bringin back some of my old training routines I used leading up to a competition. Stair sprints combined with body-weighted plyometric moves were great for improving conditioning as well as boosting my metabolic rate.

I've always been a big fan on improving my technique when it comes to the big 3 lifts. This is Ryan Dorris, a friend of mine, and professional USPA Powerlifter & Bodybuilder. Recently I filmed several videos of him breaking down the necessary cues for the Bench Press, Deadlift, and Barbell Squat.

Definitely worth watching all three!!
