How I made my previous videos:
I make all my videos on Windows Movie Maker, but I'm starting to use Sony Vegas when it comes to better editting. For all my fandubs, I do the voices and singing on Sony Vegas. Then I transfer it to WMM for video making.
Currently: Since I use a Macbook now, voices and singing are through GarageBand and video making is through iMovie.
