- Alhamdulillah all promises delivered.
- thanks to all those that helped make it possible
- early indications and estimates ares are showing that deals and revenue generated from ChaiCon will create on average 40-50,000 jobs over the next few years Inshallah.
- todays hundreds of franchises were sold
- thousands of distribution partnerships were established
- thousands of private labels were started.
- Pakistanis have woken up and will now do business Inshallah. Confirmed baat hae.

- 1 Day to go till ChaiCon
- Situation was much more under control today.
- 6am sleep kiya after making layout changes
- 10 am morning show attend kiya on Aaj TV
- headed back around 11:30 …. 3 hours ki sleep ki
- ran to expo… welcomed customer stall waleh
- some 50 people turned up last minute to buy stalls
- hall 2 almost done for handing over, numbers laganeh hain.
- Hall 1 will finalise setup tomorrow and be handed at 4pm to non custom stall holders.
- very very tired. Ankle acting up again. But Allah Kareem.
- super excited about ChaiCon.. after having seen what and who is coming.
- had GinSoy, Had tea. Going to pray and calling it an early night Inshallah

AAJ KI UPDATE
- 2 Days left before ChaiCon Karachi
- Hall 1 and 2 kabze meh leh liye.
- Stalls shuru kiye setup karna toh patta chala k sides peh 2.5 feet chorna hae.
- pir darala nikla k stalls 6x6 nahi but 6.5x6.5 feet hain. Right now we are trying to adjust everything and plans of sleeping early have warr gaye 😞
- Billboard atleast acha lag raha hae Alhamdulillah.
- 17 more team members landed today…
- 10% stall holders will need to be moved around unfortunately. Something I was trying to avoid but Allah loves teaching us new lessons and we have no regrets. His wisdom is infinite and we bow down to his decision 😔

1. 3 Days left till ChaiCon Karachi (10th-12th May)
2. Bumper day.. Pakistani Qom saheeh time peh ai.. Teekh late. HALL 2 toh fully booked tha hee. HALL 1 meh Alhamdulillah 52 Stalls Booked today. I am going to sleep as I have a 9am appointment but Abhi be 8 stalls I know are being booked and pending verification.
3. That means kal sirf 60 stalls will be left.
4. Kal Hall 2 k stalls setup ho jaenge inshallah
5. All day worked on layouts, lounge, menus, etc
6. Khaana be bahir se nahi khaya, I told the gang to finish everything in the fridge. We had nice biryani aik humari sister ne jo beji. Khan jees rolls 🤩 and Chinese the team got the evening before.
7. But meeteh k liye we went to Dilpasand around 12 midnight.
8. 8 people arrived from our Lahore team today. Send them to rest.
9. Very ajeeb si nervousness hae. Achi waali I guess, k crowd poora hoga k nahi. Qadar Allah.
10. 3000 pens arrived
11. Books gone to be published. Will receive on Thursday inshallah
12. T-shirts arrived and look cool Mashallah
13. Vital tea mini cafe stalls x4 booked.

- Governor House, Zaid k saath Podcast ki. Governor Sahib ka IT program dekha, met lots of kids jo Qeemti ban raheh hain via Taleem and not Ratta.
- Saad Afridi bhai from Scents and stories hosted a meeting with manufactures from various backgrounds. Was an awesome insight to their issues. Many more onboarded for growth at ChaiCon.
- had 2 solid eye opening hours, packed with learning with sir Miftah Ismail Sahib. Was a fan already, was not disappointed.
- Memom business community leaders k saath meeting got cancelled and moved to tomorrow.
- casual food and haircut k bahd. Now in a meeting with Saad bhai from Adwiser.
- Rikshaw new Ad
- finalised the branding jo Expo k bahir wall peh lageh gi Inshallah

1) sleep cycle is totally broken so shuru se plan tha to catch up on sleep and work from base
2) had breakfast after almost a week and designed new hall 1 layout
3) designed lead generation form and sent for quotations
4) started calling for shoutouts
5) no major meetings today.
6) went out for food. Hunger returned Alhamdulillah
