I will not share nor speak on matters I have no knowledge nor experience. I have learned a lot about what doesn’t work during my life now 58 having done landscaping, tree work, tow truck and heavy equipment operator, personal trainer, car salesman, service advisor, used car inspector, autobody work and author. While I do not claim to specialize in any one thing, I can say I sure learned a lot about what does not work along the way…which created in me a want to learn more efficient ways of doing things.
While I went to college and participated in an internship for substance abuse counseling. I did not complete it in lieu of pursuing personal Training Over 10 yrs ago.
I hope that my experiences help someone in some way as I believe we are here to be a help each other. Sharing meaningful & truthful content and life tips in hopes of sparing someone grief with a want to improve lives.
