Few months back I got to produce and edit a short film and that was a big learning experience for me. Based on that and previous experiences, I really got to understand the ground realities of filmmaking. This also felt like a serious, valuable film school, other than actual film school. In this video I share my inputs on finding and hiring crew for a film in India. Hope this helps out any active or budding filmmakers out there! :)
