I’m currently training my one arm pull up I’ve progressed from lifting a measly 30% of my body weight to now slightly over 60% !!!!
Once I hit 100% of my body weight I will start training more technically for proper form. Hopefully I’ll be consistent enough to achieve a one arm pull up!!
(I now have to wear a weight vest to keep myself on the ground)

120 hour fast complete! Just ate my first meal in five days and wow what an experience.

This all started about a month ago when I got REALLY sick and accidentally fasted for 24 hours. So I realized “wow, fasting is possible” and since it is passion week (the week before Easter/Resurrection day) I decided to fast the full 5 days.
Yes I lost weight, mainly body fat cause I stayed relatively active.
Do I recommend you do this? Not without research and preparation!
Would I do it again? Yes.

I am now 72 hours into a fast! No food, no caffeine, no calories.
This has been extremely hard but today, the third day, feels so much better than yesterday.
I'm going to write about it on my newsletter when the 120 hours/5 days are achieved.
