After my husband's unexpected passing, I have been finishing projects that we hadn't yet completed on our newly-built home. My husband was a contractor and we moved in before the house and yard were completely finished. This was to be our retirement home. I've run into many situations that I have had to handle on my own, and it has been very difficult to make decisions without my husband's input.
