Hello beautiful people! On this channel I teach yoga for emotional intelligence, self-care, and personal development. Including how you can practically apply yogic wisdom and philosophy to your daily life.
What I’ve learned is that self growth doesn’t have to be hard, especially when you have community, guidance, support, and tools. My hope is to use yoga to help restore inner peace and joy to all women journeying the path of healing and personal development.
A little Bit about me:
I’m 25 years old. I have a BA in Education specializing in Early Childhood Education and English as a Second Language. I am currently in Grad School, and I live in Seattle Washington.
