I believe we all deserve to chase and find our best selves, that starts with the physical body. Better posture, breathing, and faces, will being improved self esteem and quality of life.
I struggled for years with improper tongue posture and forward head posture. I believe the body is a miracle in itself and can improve for the better, if you put in the work.
