Living Fully Fit is a program designed to promote total wellness and balance through the design of keeping our Mind, Passion, Relationships, Body, and Spirit in a balanced equilibrium to achieve purpose and healthy living. Designed originally by A.J. Torrez in 2008 and finalized to set as a coaching mechanism starting in 2020.
AJ holds a bachelors degree in youth ministry, certified as a master resiliency trainer and trained and is a professional member of the NSCA.
