Iโm always fascinated by how much a guitarโs sound can change with different pickups. Iโve been playing around with my Charvelโs humbucker/single-coil combo lately. Gives me that high output bridge but stratty neck pickup combo. What's your go-to pickup configuration and why?

The answer to yesterday's NTGP is... the mighty and genre spanning Chris Poland!
Well known for playing with Megadeth of course, but have many of you checked out his playing with OHM or his solo album Return to Metalopolis? What's your favorite song he played on either of those?

What's the one guitar you regret selling the most? I'll go first: for me, it was my Ibanez JEM GMC. Was such a cool looking and very rare guitar. I still regret having to let it go. ๐ธ
What's the story behind why you had to sell it? Share your stories in the comments! ๐

The answer to yesterday's NTGP? The legendary Kenny Burrell!
I first heard him playing with Jimmy Smith on a Blue Note compilation album, 'So Blue, So Funky,' and was immediately hooked! If you've never listened to him, his album Midnight Blue is a great place to start.
For those who listen to Jazz guitar, what's a jazz album you consider to be a 'must-have' for every guitar player's collection? Share your recommendations in the comments! ๐

Back in the day these albums blew my mind, a holy trinity of technical, scary and astounding guitar playing. How many of you have listened to these albums and do you have a favourite?
Who else do you think should be included with these legends?
