Hello everyone,
I put a lot of time into translating movie scenes into Old English and I love doing it. However, I don’t make any money from these kinds of videos. The content gets demonetized because it uses clips from movies and their soundtracks.
If you enjoy the work and want to help keep it going, please consider becoming a channel member. Your support helps cover the time, research, and editing that bring these translations to life. If you join on the "Leornere" tier and above, you can have access to my lesson videos.
No pressure at all—watching, liking, and sharing is already a big help. But if you want to go the extra mile, you can join the channel membership and be part of the community that keeps this project alive and above all, it makes a difference in the grand scheme of things when it comes to Old English in the present day.

Hey guys,
glad everyone is liking the 2nd LOTR scene in Old English. I am improving this video and the previous for any errors I find. The corrected versions themselves will be unlisted on public playlists because I don't want to flood your Subscription feeds and Notification boxes and annoy all of you to the point of unsubscribing. Taking down the first drafts of the videos would negative impact the channel. I am thinking long term so in due time, what will be popular are the public playlists of the LOTR scenes in Old English and in turn the individual videos themselves. When one video gets deleted, know that means a new version is out there. I am trying to bang out all the mistakes so people can use this for studying Old English. I understand for some changes that it is matter of splitting hairs or stylistic choice.
Thank you for reading,
Cefin/Kevin
