They have been spotted crossing the icy waters between Greenland and Iceland, and one of them even swam an incredible seven hundred kilometers for nine days in the icy Bering Sea. On average, they can swim at a speed of ten kilometers per hour, walk at around five point six kilometers per hour and can run at up to forty kilometers per hour on dry land.
