People will forget what you SAID, people will even forget what you DID, people will never FORGET how you made them FEEL 🙂

The WORDS are forgotten ; the ACTIONS are FORGOTTEN but the EXPERIENCE remains !

That ENERGIES never comes out from the bodies.

Watch your ACTIONS because it's someone's life's experience and it's going to record in someone's mind, body and spirit for the rest of their lives.

Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) strengthens and improves the flexibility of the back, core, chest, and shoulders, while also toning the legs and arms. It aids digestion, relieves constipation, and stimulates abdominal organs, potentially improving endocrine gland function. The pose can help alleviate stress, improve posture, and increase lung capacity.🧘‍♀️💪🧘‍♂️

A tense and rigid posture can communicate a sense of being prepared for potential threats. Conversely, softening your body's posture can signal that it is safe to relax and release tension.

When you spend excessive time in a focused state, such as when looking at a screen, you might overlook safety cues in your surroundings. Taking breaks to observe your environment can reinforce the perception that you are safe.

Rapid, shallow breathing can disrupt the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide in your body and send signals of danger to your nervous system.

Taking deep breaths with extended, slow exhales can help to slow your heart rate and support parasympathetic nervous system activity.

Following a brief 20-second reset, consider continuing your activity at a pace that is 20% slower. This can further communicate a sense of safety to your nervous system, indicating that there is no immediate threat and no need to rush.

Yoga supports you with a full spectrum of well-being—beyond movement, breath, and strength, your awareness grows with every practice.

Meditation brings a quiet focus to your sadhana, shaping a space for clarity and calm. As your mind settles, your body releases tension, and a sense of balance comes forward.

Make time for meditation within your yoga—let your mat become both a sanctuary and a pause. Notice each breath. Sit with stillness. Sense the difference as presence colors your day.

Allow meditation to stand beside your postures; together, they shape harmony for body and mind.
