It's been a good few years for anime, which means that a crash in the Japanese stock market was due.
Anime is a "skyscraper good". It's an objectively mediocre investment so lots being made means the economy is hot to overheating.

Witch Hat Atelier anime has finally broken cover. PV looks absolutely gorgeous.
Based on the recent history of anime adaptations of sketch art seinen manga I was expecting 3dcg Berserk or Cestvs. Not anything remotely prestige. This is the same studio as Zom 100 so they could potentially shit the bed on production deeper into a series but I'm not so concerned about that.

Frieren manga going into indefinite hiatus
I had a bad feeling this was coming, after an unexplained monthlong hiatus.
I'm a patient man who follows monthly manga, I'm not the least bit upset that I have to wait a bit for chapters, but I worry the mental and physical strains of the mangaka grind have yet another victim, and I will never see the journey's end

Dropping a couple little shitpost videos. I am still plugging away on some real videos I promise, but I haven't had a huge amount of a time.
At my job I worked 80 hours in the past week. This channel is ultimately just a hobby for me, among a few others, the time I have to work on videos (and watch the anime I need to make videos) does get displaced.
