This series of video tutorials on forest mensuration and forest inventory was produced as additional teaching material in context of the lecture "Monitoring of Forest Resources" at the Chair of Forest Inventory and Remote Sensing at the University of Göttingen. The videos summarize some basics of forest mensuration and plot assessment techniques and are supplementary material to our lectures that also cover the more in depth statistical part of estimation based on different observation- and sampling designs.
