Few months back we propagated Hibiscus with the following method and it bloomed today.
Propagation method we used:
1. Take 4 to 6 inches cutting from a branch
2. Leave the top 2 leaves and remove all the remaining leaves
3. Make a diagonal cut(45 degree) at the bottom of the cutting.
4. Pace the cuttings in water for a week. After a week leaves will start to grow.
Note: This step can be optional, insteading of leaving it in the water, you can apply some rooting harmone to the cutting and move it in to soil
5. Move the cutting from water to a small pot with soil
