Why ‘inside serene’? The idea of ‘inside’ is to navigate and dig deeper into what can human change to accumulate serendipity of thoughts that will help us mentally sync to a healthier, better and more in control of our thoughts. Mental fitness is being mentally fit means having the skills to handle stress, think clearly and make good decisions, communicate effectively, and regulate one's emotions in appropriate ways.
We've transformed the original work by adding our own unique value such as high-quality edits using licensed stock footage from Storyblocks, Envato Elements, Video Hive, and Freepik. We also add some special effects with state-of-the-art video editor Davinci Resolve, Filmora, Premiere pro to create completely new and original videos. Finally, we add commercially licensed audio through industry-leading audio companies AudioJungle or Envato Elements and Epidemic Sound.
