For a company to legally DISMISS you, they must follow this πŸ‘‡

🎯 The company must have a:

1. Fair Reason
-Misconduct: Do they have evidence to prove wrongdoing?
-Incapacity: Assessing poor work performance or incapacity to work due to illness.
-Retrenchment or layoffs

2. Follow a fair procedure:
The company must adhere to a fair procedure before dismissing you.
If there was no procedure to your dismissal, it's procedurally unfair.

🚫 If these steps are NOT followed, it can be considered as an Unfair Dismissal.

Remember, you have 30 days to open up your case, so act promptly after receiving your letter of dismissal.
