This has to be one most romantic and unique cabins we’ve ever stayed in! 😍
Built between two huge granite boulders (seriously, they take up two stories!), this dreamy cabin felt like our own secret bush hideaway. 🇿🇦
With no WiFi, no one around—just us and pure nature, our stay @tussinkliop was the perfect way to unwind, relax, and disconnect before a busy year ahead!

Our goal with our videos is not to only entertain you but to also encourage you to embark on your own adventures and explore more.
We were last in Bali in 2022 and there is so much on the itinerary we haven’t explored and we can’t wait to explore it all with you😁 (I’ll share more of the itinerary with you tomorrow).

We traded Big Red for a houseboat! Okay, not really—but for 48 hours, we called Old Willow No7 Houseboat Charters home as we did everything from cooking, eating, sleeping, and all the in-betweens while motoring along 55km of the Vaal River 🇿🇦.
Think of the houseboat like an Airbnb, except it’s a self-drive boat on the water 🚤. The best part? You don’t even need a skipper’s license! (Though Danny and I have ours, they offer a temporary one and a quick crash course for first-timers.)
This weekend was made extra special as we had Danny’s sister Jess and her boyfriend Enrique join us 😁. We rarely get to share moments like this with friends, let alone family, so it was a weekend full of laughs, love, and memories we’ll cherish forever ❤️.
For me (Leanne), the Vaal holds a special place in my heart ❤️. My grandfather first boated here as a young man, my dad grew up on these waters, and so did I. No matter how far we travel, this river always feels like home, and I’m so happy to share this little slice of what I call home with you!
