Hey everyone! You know I like to mix my content up constantly and I have gotten a few comments regarding the music beds that play during the OCRP episodes. While I do edit the music quite low in the mix I wanted to get your opinion. Do you like the music and should I keep using it? Or are you like some others that feel it doesn't add anything to the video. Feel free to vote below!

I have finally launched my new YouTube channel called Favignano Music. Yes this means guitar vlogs, covers and all music related content will be on that channel instead of here. I released my first song "stay" (emo af) on there and just be warned I am not a great mixer nor can I master a track. I wanted to get the ball rolling on the channel and I figured this song was a close as I was going to get without spending another few months mixing it haha. Let me know what you think even if you think it sucks, I am open to criticism to improve. ‪@favignanomusic‬

Hello everyone, I would like to address the following as it has pretty much been non-stop comments about drama.

First off I am not a channel that is drama-driven, the only time I will make a video is to squash things that are not true. This was the case with my reaction to "Why Bay Area Buggs And Jeff Favignano Left DOJ" as there were things that needed to be cleared up. I have been getting harassed on all platforms so I will make one and final post about all of this. This really is this petty and it has to do with RP drama so you have been warned.

About 3 months ago a member by the name Uncle TT was removed from OCRP. The reasons for their removal were because of the following.

- Refusal to talk to a member that they had a personal issue with which then led to taking inappropriate actions as an LEO in server against said member after the fact. We have a PIT pursuit policy of 6 mins. They performed the PIT on this person after 30 seconds.

- LEO tags were restricted for the action above as they were LEO at the time of this.

- Disrespectful messages towards admin in other members' DM's to the point that we had multiple complaints submitted.

- Actively poaching/recruiting OCRP members right after they were added through the onboarding process/welcome. We don't care if other people play in other communities but this was the final strike that made us feel like they were in OCRP for the wrong reasons. This rule is in place because bad actors have joined OCRP in the past, seen we have an active FiveM player base, and extorted it to grow their servers for monetary gain. This is not what OCRP is for.

Again this ban was not personal, it was just voted by 5 people (majority win) that this member was not a good fit for OCRP.

A little over a month ago a member by the name of Ella was banned for the following reasons.

- Self-dispatching to 911 calls that they took and not dispatching the appropriate units. This disrupted RP and did not allow others to be involved. We didn't even have a rule against this because we didn't think people would do it. This happened multiple times.

- Patrolling out of jurisdiction numerous times.

- Unjustified LEO shooting of members/shutting scenes down.

Vote for removal (majority) out of 5 admin.

While OCRP has a one-strike policy, you can see multiple times that rules and codes of conduct were violated (new ones to boot) and it took a few hours of deliberation to reach a decision. OCRP isn't a ban-happy community and we take every ban seriously as it is a last resort.

As of this year, OCRP has only banned 13 members including these two out of 800 total members. We don't normally explain why people get banned, this is due to not wanting to have our communities attack other members during this process after all, this is just a video game community.

As an admin staff we can always do better in the future, thank you all for your feedback on our policies. We have made a change that will require admin to give a reason for any disciplinary action or ban in the future.

Since this has occured a few members have left OCRP on their own will, we have not banned them.

Parasocial relationships are still something I am working on navigating and sometimes it leads to these dynamics of people being hurt considering I own and operate a community. No matter how good the intentions are, I am still known as a content creator. Many of the members joining specifically from the content they have seen can lead to me becoming dehumanized and I will admit I have not been the most professional when having a bad day, I will work at recognizing this and not using it against members.
