Scamming season is upon us lol. Actually scammers don’t take any time off. I sent this person an IP logger link so hopefully they click it. I’ll also open the PDF in a sand boxed VM just to see what these scumbags are up to. Stay tuned and stay safe out there.

First time selling on FB Marketplace and within five minutes I get hit with my first scam. Scammer is asking to send me a code for their “Safety”. That code is essentially a 2FA sms code that the scammer will use to set up or take over my existing account (prob of their choosing). I sent them a link to click which was an IP Logger, it just confirmed to me that they were not local, even tho local scams occur like crazy.
Tell your people to be careful and never divulge more info than is needed. #scam #scammer #facebook #marketplace #meta
