Every project starts with knowing the land:
Shaishen Foods Limited wanted a clear picture of their site in Odeda LGA, Ogun State. To achieve this, drone mapping was used instead of slow traditional surveys. Within days, high-resolution images were captured and processed into maps, 3D models, and contour lines, showing the land in detail and from every angle.
The survey went beyond photos. By combining drone data with ground control points, we created digital models that revealed slopes, elevations, and water flow. The results showed the land is mostly flat with little risk of flooding.
That single insight is powerful; it guides where to build, how to plan roads, and where to place drainage, saving time and money in the long run.
Drone mapping makes planning faster, cheaper, and more accurate.
Developers get clear visuals to share with engineers and investors. Farmers can design irrigation systems, while builders can plan earthworks with precision. Instead of weeks of guesswork, reliable data is delivered in days, turning uncertainty into confidence.
The Shaishen project is a good reminder of how technology is changing land development in Nigeria. When you can see your land clearly, you can plan smarter and avoid mistakes.

Our team recently carried out a drone-assisted topographic survey for a client in Katampe, Abuja.
Topographic surveys are essential in mapping the contours and features of the land, providing accurate data for engineering designs, construction, urban planning, and infrastructure development.
By integrating drone technology with advanced GNSS equipment, we can capture highly detailed spatial data quickly and efficiently, reducing field time, improving accuracy, and ensuring that our clients have the insights they need to make informed decisions.
