Dear President Trump
Two weeks ago on January 11th 2025, I addressed a letter to you regarding and seeking clarification on your recent commentary on Canada becoming the 51st State.
Since that time the topic has garnered substantial public interest and your actions on inauguration day, the âDay of Liberation,â January 20th has propelled further discussions.
Although our Canadian political establishment is responding in a most incendiary fashion regarding your request to fix our open borders and immigration policies; it is apparent to a great many Canadians that this is for the political gain of our established political parties rather than in the publicâs best interest.
The disgraced and outgoing Canadian Prime Minister has created a âCouncil on Canada-U.S. Relationsâ to distort, conflate and confuse people to accept their false narrative that this is solely a trade war rather than a border and immigration problem. This council is composed of a handpicked cadre of left-wing union organizers & academics, government regulated & dependent business people, and former politicians.
They will most certainly promote and attempt to legitimize Justin Trudeauâs and the political establishment's duplicitous agenda.
Canada and the USA have had an unrivalled, prosperous and unique relationship for over 200 years and although there has been differences, they have generally been as a result of or for domestic political gain in Canada.
I encourage you to consider the points I raised in my first correspondence as a means to ensure both Canadians and Americans are not economically injured due to this political duplicity by Canadaâs political establishment.
The creation of a bilateral commission identified in point 6 of my correspondence potentially named the President's council on Canada-USA relations may be an appropriate vehicle to ensure continued mutually respectful and prosperous American-Canadian relations and assist in making both Canada and America great again.

Dear President
I am a former elected representative from Ontario Canada and am keenly interested in knowing and learning more regarding your proposal of annexing Canada to become the 51st State.
As you can appreciate, your proposal has caused a significant stir and much commentary from the Canadian political establishment. It has also created some confusion and a stirring of national sentiment which has been absent for many decades.
Before either rejecting or supporting your proposal for annexing Canada far more details are required in order to evaluate the merits.
I believe your proposal would have great appeal to the majority of Canadians if the following were known and enunciated;
1. Not the 51st state, but at a minimum each existing Canadian province be granted statehood. Making at a minimum sixty (60) states. It would also be valuable to sub-divide each of the following provinces, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and BC into smaller states. To create 65 states
2. The 3 Canadian territories are also recognized as Territorial governments under the annexation proposals.
3. Each of the new states (former provinces) be required to have a Bi-cameral legislature and elect 2 senators to the USA congress.
4. The Current congressional districts of approximately 750,000 be retained for the new Canadian states. The new states with less than this population would still have one congressional district. This would create approximately 55 new congressional districts.
5. Each province be admitted to the Union through a referendum.
6. The establishment of a Bilateral commission with equal representation from each nation to create a report with recommendations on finalizing the terms of Union.
Canada has a rich and proud heritage and culture that remains intact even though it has been undermined for many decades by our political establishment. Any annexation proposal ought to recognize this unique and distinct culture and also seek to mitigate further undermining or diminishment of the Canadian identity.
I trust the above is helpful and I look forward to further public discourse on this important and unprecedented proposal.

Formal Complaint lodged against Ottawa Police A/Sgt Akiva Geller with the Law enforcement complaints Agency.
Last week @OttawaPolice received my notice of Trespass directed to Akiva Geller and opened a Professional standards investigation as a result.
Akiva Geller's cavalier disregard of due process and the law poses a threat to everyone he interacts with.

Yesterday I informed Ontario's Attorney General that I will represent myself at the upcoming appeal of Justice Mcvey's decision to stay and squash the criminal charges against me from attending the Freedom Convoy.

Re: Double Standards and Malfeasance
I received the Crownâs Notice of Appeal dated December 11th 2024, which bears your signature and authorization in the case R v Randall Hillier.
As a Crown Attorney you have full discretion acting in an âimpartial and unbiasedâ manner as a quasi-Minister of Justice, to seek prosecutions that meet 2 criteria: that the prosecution is A) likely to be successful; and B) in the public interest to do so.
As a former elected representative in the Ontario parliament for 15 years, the charges against me stem from my discharging the responsibilities of my office to represent the concerns and interests of the public during the Freedom, or Truckersâ Convoyâs peaceful assembly during January and February 2022.
During and since the exaggerated and false Covid pandemic, it appears to me and many others that the Crown has adopted a very perverse and distorted interpretation of what constitutes the âPublic Interest.â
There are three recent and important cases that bear this out and in which I would like to bring to your attention, as they contrast sharply with the Crown's prosecution of me and present an obvious double standard of prosecution and constitutes malfeasance.
1. For 15 years, many wealthy multinational corporations were engaged in an illegal price fixing cartel which stole approximately $4 Billion from Canadians. The principals in this illegal cartel were Galen Weston (Loblaws & Weston Bakeries) and Wallace McCain (McCain Foods & Canada Bread.)
Neither of these two individuals were prosecuted nor threatened with incarceration or personal liability for orchestrating the largest theft from Canadian consumers.
2. Ontario-based TD Bank was recently fined by the US bank authorities with respect to laundering drug profits from revenues derived from fentanyl (which kills people) in the range of over USD$600M; the fine was over USD$3.1B, which had a severe impact on thousands of Ontario shareholders and which endangered the value of the banking sector on the TSE (the largest component of the TSE).
The Ontario Attorney General and Crown decided not to prosecute TD Bank or any of its directors or officers of the corporation. Furthermore, NO director or officer has been barred from serving on any other TSE board - not even a 1-day suspension.
3. In 2023 Canadaâs FINTRAC revealed that HSBC Bank was engaged in a substantial mortgage fraud and money laundering scheme in Toronto during the exaggerated pandemic. As of today, no charges have been filed against any of the directors and officers of the HSBC bank.
There are many more examples of Ontarioâs Ministry of the Attorney General failing to prosecute Canadian Banks and wealthy corporate entities even when other jurisdictions have prosecuted and secured convictions. A reasonable and informed person could conclude that individuals acting as Crown Attorneys in the Ministry are willfully engaged in biased prosecutions against people of modest means while failing in their duty to understand the definition of âpublic interest,â or have distorted its definition beyond recognition.
I will be contesting the Crown's misuse of its discretionary authority to overturn Justice Kerry Lee McVey decision of November 14th 2024 and will be representing myself.

The following email was sent yesterday to the Attorney General, Crown Attorney, OPP and OPS.
Notice & direction of Trespass
Today, Thursday December 12th 2024 at approximately 10 am, I personally provided a Direction of Trespass to Ottawa Police Services member A/SGT Akiva Geller at my residence.
Akiva Geller is the investigating officer and a material witness in the criminal charges I am accused to have committed. Geller and his accomplice were attempting to subvert due process of the law and violate my constitutional protected Right to security of the person.
The pretext for their appearance was to deliver administrative paperwork regarding the Crown's appeal of the "Stay" of the charges against me.
Furthermore, Akiva Geller attempted to engage in conversation with me without notifying me of my âRightâ to have legal counsel present and to gain information that could otherwise be used against me in a court of law.
It is evident that Detective Geller was attempting to gain further knowledge of myself and my lifestyle that would otherwise only be obtained through a judicial warrant and which then could be utilized against me in a court of law.
A/SGT Geller poses and has posed a significant and credible risk to myself and family.
If and when the Ottawa Police services and/or the Attorney General desires to serve me with administrative paperwork they are not to utilize material witnesses and/or Detective Geller. Should the need arise to serve me with further paperwork, the Ottawa police services can call or email me to arrange a mutually agreeable time and place for delivery.
Further attempts by Detective Geller to gain entry to my home and/or property without a warrant will result in him being physically barred and/or removed from the premises.
