Hi, I am trying to share super simple vegan recipes from Korean cuisine to others. I am born and raised in Korea and I traveled around different countries. What I realized in terms of vegan food is Korean food is underrated when most of the traditional food are vegan actually. I will share recipes like Banchans, soup and other main dishes with the simplest ingredients!
I was once told the key thing with Korean traditional food is not a chef but ingredients. I believe ingredients take the whole power of cooking and I should not distract this pure sense. Not only does using minimum ingredients help people cook in an easy way, it also respects food of their own. I hope my videos inspire you to cook a lot of various plants from around the world.
