If you’re on the fence thinking “is it a good time to buy” I’m going to say YES.
This discounted market will not last forever and no one can time it. If you are in a good position and want to buy, take advantage of it.
The fundamentals are still there to justify price increases in the GTA:
- continued population growth
- lack of supply
- too much red tape and not enough construction
Remember, real estate is a medium to long term investment. The news only reports short term stories to get clicks. Ask the people who bought in 2008 when they said the market would NEVER come back… 😁
