I am a lover of the outdoors, including rock climbing, hiking, and cycling. Between being active and forever on the go, I know how stressful it can be to worry about food and nutrition. Thatâs why I have made it my goal to make nutrition an easy and understandable topic for everyone. Food and nutrition are more than just âcalories in, calories outâ. I strongly believe in the power of intuitive eatingâ there are no âgoodâ or âbadâ foods.
