Hey guys Ashley & I will be on the show Haunted Discoveries tomorrow on Haunt Tv. It’s a free channel on Roku or you can watch it on Tubi that’s free as well.
The episode well be playing tomorrow Friday June 14th at 9:45am est and 5:55pm est. We will be interviewed for our take on staying the night at the Jailers Inn in Bardstown. We have stayed there several times and make it our yearly tradition to stay on hallows eve. 👻👻 Hope you all watch it. We are excited and can’t wait to see it. The show is really good and you all should watch it.

May is Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Month! 💜🫁🌹Cystic Fibrosis is a inherited disorder that is caused by a gene defect in the body. Due to this, I have thick sticky mucus all over my organs that blocks them from working properly and causes damage. My lungs and digestive system are primarily affected, this causes other disorders and diseases. The thick mucus on my lungs makes it easy for bacteria to get in the airways and cause lung infections which can cause lung damage. I have to use a machine called a Vest to beat my lungs to get the mucus moving and out of my airways. I also have to use a nebulizer which delivers medicine directly to my lungs whether it’s to open my airways, prevent or even kill infection. I also use steroid inhalers to keep the inflammation down. I do multiple hours of breaking treatments every single day(once in the morning & once at night, more if I’m sick). Like I said, my digestive organs are affected. My pancreas doesn’t work properly so I am diabetic and pancreatic insufficient because my natural enzymes won’t work due to damage and mucus blocking. I also have issues digesting food and it’s hard for my body to absorb nutrients so I have to take prescription vitamins. I also have alot of stomach aches and I’ve had multiple bowel blockages. CF is progressive and gets worse over time. When I was first born in 1990 CF was a childhood disease because not many made it to adulthood. So thankful to the advancements over the years in medicines that is allowing people with CF to live longer. A few years ago several modulator drugs have came out to treat the underlying cause of CF by restoring some of the function of the defective genes which gives people more stable health and helps them slow down the progression. I’m so grateful to be able to be on one. Unfortunately not everyone with CF is able to take a modulator drug because it’s not compatible for their gene or side effects from them. My hope is that one day a cure will be found so that no one has to suffer from this disease and no more lives lost. I wrote so much, but if you got to this point thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support means everything. 🙏
