Yesterday, I had a bike accident, and wearing a helmet truly saved my life.
Iâm bruised all over, and my wrist hurts a lot, but I got lucky.
For years, I didnât wear a helmet because ânothing had ever happened to me,â and I thought I had it all under control. But one day, I decided that was enough and started wearing it every ride. Years passed, and I never needed itâuntil yesterday. When I did need it, it was the difference between life and death.
This is akeen to wearing a seatbelt. Iâve never actually needed it, but that was never a reason for me not to use it. Isnât this the same?
Please wear a helmet.

Imagine trying everything for years to climb out of a deep emotional pit, only to feel like you've run out of options and are ready to end it all.
Then, in a last-ditch effort, you turn to a promising psychedelic experience, only to be hit with an even heavier blow. But as you'll soon discover, being in the wrong place ended up being exactly in the right place.
This is the remarkable story of a woman who, in her quest to heal from depression and suicidal thoughts, unfortunately found herself in the wrong psychedelic setting.
She survived, and today, she's here to share her story. Ladies and gentlemen, Lindsay Seagull.

While itâs often praised for its medicinal benefits, thereâs a much darker side of marijuana thatâs rarely discussed and that far outweighs the good.
If youâve ever wondered about the real cost of using marijuana, this video is for you. Open your mind to a new perspective, and letâs talk about whatâs really going on with this plant.

Some stories are simply meant to be shared.
Adi Marie had one of the hardest childhoods I've ever heard of.
Yet, she became one of the most inspiring human beings I've met, with one of the kindest hearts.
She is living proof that no matter what happens to you, it's possible to heal and become a person you can be proud of.
In this episode, you'll witness her story of resilience and learn how she went from hopeless darkness to falling in love with life and becoming a positive catalyst for others to heal.
I hope that, by the end of it, you'll be as inspired and honored as I am.
