Yesterday, I had a bike accident, and wearing a helmet truly saved my life.

I’m bruised all over, and my wrist hurts a lot, but I got lucky.

For years, I didn’t wear a helmet because “nothing had ever happened to me,” and I thought I had it all under control. But one day, I decided that was enough and started wearing it every ride. Years passed, and I never needed it—until yesterday. When I did need it, it was the difference between life and death.

This is akeen to wearing a seatbelt. I’ve never actually needed it, but that was never a reason for me not to use it. Isn’t this the same?

Please wear a helmet.

New Ask The Shaman episode coming Sunday! In this week's video, I’ll be answering:

1. How can we avoid the psychedelic backlash from the ‘60s?
2. Are psychedelics a shortcut?
3. Do intentions really matter when doing Ayahuasca?
4. How much self-work is needed to help others?

See you Sunday!

Hey friends!

Tomorrow, I’ll be doing my third Ironman, this time in Buenos Aires. Although not everyone’s here to join in person, I wanted to share this milestone with you.

Thanks for all the support – knowing you’re cheering me on makes all the difference!

Imagine trying everything for years to climb out of a deep emotional pit, only to feel like you've run out of options and are ready to end it all.

Then, in a last-ditch effort, you turn to a promising psychedelic experience, only to be hit with an even heavier blow. But as you'll soon discover, being in the wrong place ended up being exactly in the right place.

This is the remarkable story of a woman who, in her quest to heal from depression and suicidal thoughts, unfortunately found herself in the wrong psychedelic setting.

She survived, and today, she's here to share her story. Ladies and gentlemen, Lindsay Seagull.

While it’s often praised for its medicinal benefits, there’s a much darker side of marijuana that’s rarely discussed and that far outweighs the good.

If you’ve ever wondered about the real cost of using marijuana, this video is for you. Open your mind to a new perspective, and let’s talk about what’s really going on with this plant.

Meditation is one of the most powerful practices people use to enhance their wellbeing and bring more joy into their lives.

To me, life is so much more beautiful thanks to this practice.

This one, in particular, is tailored to transform your life through the power of giving and receiving with every breath.

Whether you're bored with your usual meditations or need a little guidance now and then, this one is here for you to return to anytime you like.

Enjoy, and thank you for receiving what I'm offering here.

2. Who is Ayahuasca not for?

Some stories are simply meant to be shared.

Adi Marie had one of the hardest childhoods I've ever heard of.

Yet, she became one of the most inspiring human beings I've met, with one of the kindest hearts.

She is living proof that no matter what happens to you, it's possible to heal and become a person you can be proud of.

In this episode, you'll witness her story of resilience and learn how she went from hopeless darkness to falling in love with life and becoming a positive catalyst for others to heal.

I hope that, by the end of it, you'll be as inspired and honored as I am.
