My largest bass to date! Caught in a local canal on my "always-in-the-car-with-me" 2000 size Shakespeare spinner on a Bass Pro ultralight 5' 6" rod, spooled with 6lb mono.... he came in at around 8lbs! The fight was meh, but seeing his wake as he stalked the soft plastic creature bait I ran as a top water was epic! Wish I had recorded it.
Not sure if anyone's interested (or wants to admit they own one 🙂), but would you like to see a breakdown and service of the reel?

What are the 2 favorite reels you own/owned? Mine is/was the Penn Spinfisher 440SSG & Shimano TLD25. I caught many 10 to 15 Mutton Snappers and countless flag Yellowtails on the 440SSG! (RIP 😭)
