Sahaj Marg, meaning "natural path" or "simple way," is a system of practical training in spirituality. This meditation system is universal and without religious or cultural aspects. It offers a means to develop ones full potential through guided self-effort through a daily meditation practice. It offers a means by which we can, evolve from our present condition towards a future that realizes our full spiritual potential. Sahaj Marg is a form of Raja yoga with the highest goal of - God realization. The true Self is one with God, and it is only our individual complexities that block our conscious experience of divine.
