FORGIVENESS RITUAL
INTENTION: To lighten the heart, to forgive, to release with loving intention
WHEN: A Thursday evening after sunset (or when is best aligned for you)
ITEMS
~ indigo colored candle (or white or a tealight)
~ paper and pen
~ recommended: fire safe bowl
RITUAL
You will want to do this outside in the evening, during sunset, or after sunset. Sit and center, be clear on what you want to release or forgive. When you're ready, call in Zadkiel (or who you feel you want in the space with you), light the candle. Write on the paper the names, memories, or anything you want to forgive or release from your heart. Fold the paper and hold it close to your heart. Be intentional and present with connecting your heart space and awareness of what is about to release. Speak it out loud if it feels right. When you're ready to let go burn the paper. As the smoke rises, visualize and experience the release. Look up at the sky and see a bridge from this moment to what lies ahead. When complete close out the way that feels most resonate.

Hey there,

The last couple of days, Clyde has taken an unexpected turn that has required almost all of my attention. Since Sunday he has been back and forth from the animal hospital, and we are waiting on final test results. The potential prognosis isn't good, so as you can imagine, it's been an emotional couple of days. I'm navigating, and when it's in alignment, you will see me again <3
