** Slightly long post - Channel membership updates**

Earlier, I introduced the option of YouTube membership to provide exclusive courses to students, and also to create a pathway for your feedback and interaction on a more personal level. Some of you might know that creating the content, recording and editing videos is sometimes quite over-whelming and having members on one's channel provides some monetary support which always pushes an individual. However, over time, I realised that a) I am not actively creating enough exclusive content and b) keeping away non-subscribers to useful content that might be useful for them. Therefore, I am redesigning the idea of membership on this channel.

The basic level "Super Learner!" would provide you with an early access to ALL the videos that would be released in future. After some definite time (likely a week or so), those videos would be made public. This would allow members to see the content earlier than others, but not on the cost of non-availability to someone who doesn't need/want a membership. I have tried to keep all the membership pricing very afforadable from the POV of students, but still if it sounds non-useful, I totally relate to you as I am also a student.

Queries from the members of the mid level "Super Question!" would be treated with slightly more priority as compared to other users. Let me explain why! On an average, I receive 30-50 comments/emails weekly with a wide range of questions. As much as I would like, but it is not possible for me to reply to them all since some of them are serious queries needing detailed investigation (reading papers, debugging codes etc.). Therefore, I "plan" (not promise) to treat some of these queries on an urgent basis, if the user is willing to go the extra mile AND if the questions are within my domain of expertise. I hope you would understand that my knowledge is limited, and many a times, I disappoint you with an apologetic response when you are seeking quick answers.

Fianlly, if you opt to choose the highest "Super User!" membership, then you are more than welcome to discuss about your questions over a much quicker platform (compared to email or YT comments). Again, I don't discourage people to send me their queries if they are not/don't want to take membership. Usually, if the query is trivial, my response is rather quick, irrespective of whether you have watched my content once, or almost every month. In the past, I have interacted over WhatsApp/phone calls/Telegram with many folks, because that is my primary duty as an educator. Having members on this channel provides me with a sense of community where you support what I create. Being a student myself, it also helps me financially without second thoughts. I have always been thankful to all the subscribers who have led to growth of this channel over the years, and if many of you disagree with my views, I would be more than happy to completely strip off the option of membership. If you think differently, do let me know in the comments.

Until next time...
