Which one is better to record your workout goals, the truth is both.
Now I know what you're thinking, what this has to do with working out? A lot because sometimes it can be a distraction especially when it comes to using the tablet.
You'll get rest time yes but it will still take you away from what you're doing.
On the tablet you have the internet and other platforms that will distract you altogether from your workout.
My suggestion go old school and get a notepad and pen instead πͺπΎ
