Dental History -
Teeth Missing - 36,37,47,17
Period Of Partial edentulism - 20 years
Cause of teeth loss - Caries
No restorative or endodontic history

Chief complaints - missing of multiple upper front and lower back teeth respectively.
Medical history - Patient is Suffering from Diabetes and is taking antidiabetic drugs and insulin.
Dental History -
Teeth Missing - 11,21,47
Period Of Partial edentulism - 10 to 11 years
Cause of teeth loss - Caries
No restorative or endodontic history
Reason of replacement of old Denture - fracture of denture
Denture worn - only day time
